Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Jarhead Creative, LLC d/b/a Thornton Travel Co (“Thornton Travel Co” or “we/us/our”) and you, the purchaser or traveler (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “you/your”). By booking or planning travel with Thornton Travel Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Thornton Travel Co acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed Suppliers (including tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, charters, ground transport, and other independent contractors providing services). We are not the source or provider of travel services.

These Terms include important disclaimers, limitations of liability, and legal obligations. Please read carefully.

1. Use of Services and Eligibility

· You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements to book travel through Thornton Travel Co.

· You warrant that all information provided is accurate and that bookings made on behalf of others are authorized.

2. Reservations, Payments, and Accuracy

· All reservations are subject to Supplier availability and confirmation.

· Thornton Travel Co reserves the right to correct pricing or booking errors at any time.

· Passenger(s) must immediately review all booking details (names, dates of birth, pricing, itineraries, etc.). Any errors not promptly reported are the passenger’s sole responsibility. Names must match government-issued identification.

3. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

· Clients are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, permits, and other documentation required for travel.

· Entry and exit requirements vary by country. Noncompliance may result in denied boarding or entry.

· Some destinations may require immunizations, health screenings, or proof of vaccination.

· Thornton Travel Co is not liable for denied travel due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

4. Supplier Responsibility & Limitations of Liability

· Thornton Travel Co acts only as an agent for Suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, etc.).

· We do not operate, control, or guarantee the services of Suppliers.

· We are not liable for:

1. Errors, negligence, or defaults of Suppliers.

2. Delays, cancellations, missed connections, or changes in itineraries by Suppliers.

3. Equipment failures, service issues, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

· Clients acknowledge that schedules, itineraries, and availability may change without notice.

5. Risks, Safety, and Compliance

· Travel involves risks including natural disasters, terrorism, health hazards, accidents, or civil disturbances. You assume all such risks.

· Hazardous materials are prohibited on aircraft under federal law.

· Some destinations may require aircraft cabins to be treated with insecticide. Notices will be provided where applicable.

· Thornton Travel Co has no special knowledge of unsafe conditions or advisories. Clients are responsible for checking government resources (e.g., U.S. State Department, CDC) for travel warnings.

6. Accessibility and Special Needs

· Thornton Travel Co cannot guarantee accessibility features or accommodations for disabilities.

· Clients with specific requirements must confirm directly with Suppliers.

7. Force Majeure

· Thornton Travel Co shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, quarantines, government restrictions, machinery failures, or wildlife disruptions.

8. Client Conduct

· Clients are expected to behave appropriately and comply with Supplier and destination rules.

· Thornton Travel Co reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct.

9. Power of Attorney

· By booking with Thornton Travel Co, you grant us limited authority to act as your attorney-in-fact for signing documents, authorizing payments, and confirming reservations.

· You remain financially responsible for such transactions.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

· All website content (text, images, downloadable files) is protected by copyright.

· You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute content without written consent.

· Thornton Travel Co is not responsible for third-party website content linked from our site.

11. Travel Insurance

· Thornton Travel Co strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance (covering cancellations, supplier default, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost baggage, accidents, etc.).

· If you decline coverage, you accept full financial responsibility for associated risks and costs.

· Thornton Travel Co is not responsible for insurer claim decisions or denials.

12. Acknowledgement and Signatures

· Agreement to these Terms may be established by electronic acceptance, handwritten signature, email acknowledgment, payment of invoices, or use of Thornton Travel Co services.

· Such actions constitute a binding agreement.

13. Reservation of Rights

· Thornton Travel Co may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

· These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

· You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Platte County, Missouri.

· Any claim must be filed within 12 months of the incident.

· Thornton Travel Co shall not be liable for punitive damages.

· Clients waive the right to participate in class actions.

· If any provision is invalid, it shall be replaced with an enforceable provision most closely matching the intent.
